"This hotel is very dated. The floors and elevator were dirty. Over 500 rooms with ONE working elevator. We stayed on the 6th floor and had to walk the stairs, up and down, to leave the room. The AC barely worked. It ran all night and the room got warmer. It was 74 and felt like 84. We contacted maintenance and got zero resolution. We got very little sleep. I would never stay here again. I would sleep in my car first."

"House keeping wasn’t good. Stayed 4 nights and they never replaced the cups and coffee packs I used. Also there were no breakfast options without paying. Probably won’t stay there again."

"Trouble adjusting the air it was cold there wasn't enough towels nor enough blankets . Staff was not extremely helpful at the front desk the man didn't even speak fluent English I, didn't even understand but like a fourth of what he was saying stayed there years ago and it was really nice ! Sadly, I can no longer say the same !"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night to break up a longer road trip. It is within walking distance to the Louisville Slugger Museum, and the parking garage ($25/night) is conveniently located right next door to the hotel. "There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself.
I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."
