Hotels near Indianapolis Intl. Airport (IND)

"Basic breakfast, wasn't hungry so no big deal. Overall good stay at reasonable price. Somewhat dated but overall very good. Do note that wood floors, so I recommend 3rd floor, I was getting up at 7 but people above up at 6 and could hear enough that once woke up couldn't get back to sleep. I checked in late, 11pm, until woke up at 6 hotel was quiet and no issues"

"The place was dirty withbroken glass dirty carpet boxes piled in the entrance."

"The bad first. The room needed cleaning. Trash behind the nightstand. There were dirty spots on the bathroom walls from shower steam condensation that the vent fan could not remove because the vent is plugged with dust. The toilet would keep running; the handle was sticking. You had to wiggle the handle to make it stop. The room refrigerator made noises when it turned on. The good. The young lady who checked us in and dealt with us daily was very friendly and helpful. This was the highlight of the stay."

"The man at the desk seemed upset and bothered that I booked with a third party (hotels.com) He even doubted that I had already paid and wanted to charge me again. I asked if there was shopping near I was told quickly no. I used Google maps and surprisingly there was a large shopping mall 15 min drive away. I consider that close. The water in the shower was cold as it ran in the tub. Cold enough that I considered asking for a new room, when the water was switched to the shower head it warmed up enough to shower. The temperature was usable but not as enjoyable as home. The ice machine only gives out about enough to fill a bucket then needs to make more. The ice machine on the 1st floor was not even on. We did not eat on property, but Sunday morning there was a lot of trash in the lobby and outside like beer bottles and pizza stuff."

"A wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel only 10 minutes from the airport. Rooms were quiet and had a nice kitchenette great for longer stays. Would definitely again the next time we’re in Indy!"

"On the 4th floor elevator broken. Got the hotel for my 3 year old grandson for the pool for a weekend getaway to go to the children’s museum and the pool was closed. Wanted my money back because the elevator was broken and the woman said hotels.com probably wouldn’t give me my money back so I took the room then found out the pool was closed after I got the keys. Called hotels.com to get a refund and couldn’t get ahold of the front desk so said I couldn’t get a refund. "
