"My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Playa Grande. Beautiful resort with a great staff all around. They make you feel so welcomed. They have great entertainment. The resort was so relaxing that I can’t wait to come back. "

"Our check in took a long time, was stressful and I had paid extra for a deluxe ocean view and the first room they showed us was old beat up and noisy. I had emailed the hotel and requested a quieter room. Our second room was much nicer and quieter. Later I discovered that I had been overcharged took awhile but we were able to work it out. The front desk was not efficient. I understand mistakes happen but an apology would have been appreciated. I thought this chain was known for its service"

"This is a great place to stay in Cabo if you want to be in walking distance to city center shops and restaurants and near the marina. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The hotel is linked to Sur Beach Club so you have beach access and is a block from the hotel. The restaurant is nice with live music every night. We will be back. "
