"The bed left a lot to be desired. It was on an exposed metal frame (which I schwacked my ankles on several times) and a mattress with an edge so hard it was painful to sit on - and it was not secure. I was swaying all over on that bed! Like on a sailboat. Showers and bathroom have distressed concrete which is giving prison. Really need to upgrade the beds and bathrooms. Ramon at Valet was a rock star. "

"A great hotel to stay at near LAX. The only problem is the shuttle is not reliable going to the airport early morning. If you are flying out on Southwest you can walk to the terminal in about 10 minutes. That is way faster then the shuttle from the hotel."
