"Beware the room is clean amd ok for you to get thru the nite. Lobby area looks like the year i was born and I am 40 plus they really can invest in a better seating area. The ride on thier shuttle is $10.00 per person and you better pay it . And when you check out they charge $5.00 ,per piece of luggage to hold which is insane. I could not wait to check out the next morning. Staff is great but hotel charge will rapes your pockets"

"I had a very relaxing stay in a clean and spacious room. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The airport shuttle bus ran every 10 minutes, which was extremely convenient."

"My family loves to stay at the USC Hotel when visiting our daughter, who attends USC. It is so convenient to have a hotel across the street from the university. In fact, my parents stayed at this hotel (it was a Hilton at the time) when I attended USC. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well-appointed."

"The hotel was very nice and what i expect and appreciate about Hampton Inns. My only complaint is that my room just was not that clean when i checked in. There was a dried up coffee spill on the suit case counter and there was hair from previous tenants in the shower. Other than that my stay was very nice"

"The toilet paper holder was broken off and TP just sitting on the toilet. Door not sealed in the bottom so I could hear the yelling and screaming in the parking lot. Office staff was amazing though!"
