"My room was adjacent to the linen room. My bed was against the wall, shared with the linen room. Therefore, I was awakened early in the morning by the linen carts rolling out of that room. I don’t understand why Hilton would have a guestroom adjacent to the linen room. It guarantees that the guest will be awakened by staff noise."

"Restaurant terrific. Pool pretty good. Decor of lobby and rooms horrific- 'garbage' motif exhausted in an uncomfortable way. I don't care to be surrounded by bullet scathed concrete walls as I sleep. "

"The closest and most convenient hotel to LAX. Renovated and a solid airport hotel location. Staff is good and parking available. "

"What a great property. More than enough staff and they were all smiling. The view from the one bedroom included the Hollywood sign. My kiddo spent all morning watch a TV show being filmed below our room. I posted some of my favorite pictures online. Thanks again Westin 💕💕💕"

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I was charged in advance for 4 days of parking and paid $172 for parking, however only on the first day there was a parking spot available. On the other days, the parking was full because the hotel overbooked the parking spaces. In other words, they charged for a service they were not able to provide. When I went to the front desk to resolve the situation, the service was poor and not helpful. Nobody seemed interested in actually solving the problem or offering a fair solution. It was a very frustrating and disorganized experience. On top of that, they charged me a $100 deposit at check in and after check out they returned only $68 without any explanation. I left the room in perfect condition, I barely used the room, basically only to sleep at night, I didn’t use the minibar and there was no damage at all. Even so, they simply kept part of my money with no transparency. Overall, the hotel showed lack of organization, lack of transparency with charges, and very poor customer service. I do not recommend this hotel and I definitely would not stay here again."

"We stayed one night at Hyatt Place LAX / Century Blvd before our cruise, and it was perfect. Super convenient from the airport with a free shuttle, clean and comfortable rooms, and an easy, smooth stay. Exactly what we needed—would definitely stay again!"
