"This hotel tried to use a lot of fancy IT systems, but most of them doesn’t worked. First, when we check in, the system was down. Second, the parking was so mess up, they don’t own the parking and the parking IT system doesn’t communicate well with the hotel, so many technical difficulties enter and exit, need repeated help from agent. Third, AI is answering the phone, hard to reach human for difficult questions. The drop off location is pretty bad, it is like a tiny alley way….. Hyatt should...

"Bedding comforter and sheets had holes in them. Only had two bath towels to get us through two days, did not have any maid service the two days we were there. Room had a very distinct smell in the room, almost a moldy smell."

"We really liked the old and historic feel of the place. It was old, yet it had most modern amenities. The restaurant/bar is located on the premises with a lovely courtyard in the back, near the parking. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room each day."
