"Initially I had only booked one night of my five nights in LA, but returned and extended my stay throughout my trip due to my positive experience, delicious complimentary breakfast buffet, swimming pool on the roof, clean rooms, fitness room with a great selection of machines, onsite restaurant, and round the clock free airport shuttle service. All of the staff was friendly and helpful especially the front desk associate, Stephanie or Samantha."

"This review is for the Hampton Inn at the Arcadia, CA location. The breakfast options could be improved. Food was limited and the fruit wasn't fresh. We stayed 3 nights and when I requested if scrambled eggs could be added, I texted the property manager and didn't get a response. The registration staff was polite but not incredibly helpful or friendly. Didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay when I checked out and just told me to drop my keys in the key drop box.
