I was able to show her our receipt for payment for the early check in. The other issue was she didn’t tell us about how self parking worked? We ended up paying $42.00, because we didn’t get the information we needed. "Reserved a room on the executive level the Breakfast was just OK. The room with 2 double beds was supposed to fit 4 but there was only one office chair and a small desk. Not one more thing in the room. No where else to sit except the bed. There was in room options for food but considering the lack of seating I don’t know how that would happen. No where to go except the bed. Awful amenities. Go to the Marriott downtown. "
