"Clean room"

"CitizenM has never disappointed (5th stay between 2 cities) and even coming up under a Marriott has been allowed to maintain its unique signature branding that gives I don’t see kids in the lobby and likely won’t energy. As a parent who loves other kids too - it’s still nice to just have a hotel where I can adult and get away from it all."

"Hotel was dated and didn’t feel that clean. Bathtub had hair in it and I felt like I needed to wash it out before I let my son take a bath. I understand it’s an airport hotel but it felt like it was in a pretty gross area and could definitely use updating. Breakfast was pretty gross as well, paper plates, and plastic utensils and not a whole lot of selection for the food. It was not a very expensive hotel so I’m assuming that’s why. It’s unfortunate because embassy suites used to be our go to...
