"I am extremely disappointed with the service at Farfield. We arrived from Hawaii at 1 am in Los Angeles and the next day we were flying to San Francisco. The service was poor; they put us in a room with two small beds when we paid for a king-size bed. The air conditioning wasn't working, and when we complained, they couldn't change our room, only give us a fan! Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again."

The bathroom was not properly maintained — there were hairs on the ceiling, which was very off-putting. The shower head was also partially broken, causing water to leak from the side when turned on. Additionally, there were visible stains on the mattress. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance standards need significant improvement."

"A charming venue with a European feel. It’s situated very close to some nice restaurants and a grocery store. I encourage anyone to make a reservation here except bicycle tourists; they were very unwelcoming to me, which put a negative twist to an otherwise very pleasant stay in Long Beach. "
