"After a long day, I came back to my room and saw a huge cockroach in the shower. For that, I would give this place a 1 star review, but the staff was very kind and helpful in this situation. The rooms were all fully booked, so we couldn't switch rooms. A nice security guard came up, killed the cockroach, and checked the rest of the bathroom. The night front desk attendant also validated our parking (which is sixty dollars a night btw). The staff was very kind, so 2/5 stars instead of 1, would not stay here again. "
