The room was as advertised. It was spacious for two people and looked very good. The bathroom was great with double sinks and a large shower. The TV had several streaming services so that was convenient. In addition, the room had a small sofa. The only negative with the room was that the temperature was controlled by the front desk. You could not control the temperature in your room. We were not told this. We figured this out when the room was cold and we couldn’t get it warmer. The on-site locker storage was also very convenient since we arrived early in the afternoon before check-in.
The business model for this hotel is that there really isn’t a lot of service. You can pretty much check in and check out through your phone. They do have an on-site person but it’s not really a traditional front desk.
The hotel is in a very nice area. It is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to multiple restaurants and tube stops. We can easily get anywhere in the London area from here. There is a small on site breakfast area inside the hotel that is convenient. They have a very limited menu.
The hotel was great for what we needed.
