"Came with my pregnant partner on Saturday the 30th to a very helpful and very pleasant receptionist to went out of their way for my partner to get us into a room quicker due to the hot weather, this was super duper appreciated! Very spacious room, good shower and toilet and even a fridge what made me super happy, especially with the hot weather. Bed was very firm but I slept like a baby. Rooms have amazing noise cancellation between the rooms. The only fault and this is ever so minor of a fault...

"I stayed here a few months ago and I had hoped it had improved, however if anything it was worse. The bathrooms are something out the 1970s, the bath was marked with limescale and in the first room I was given the bath plug was almost impossible to get out and the bath was chipped. "This was the worst experience of a hotel booking it is possible to imagine. When I arrived at the hotel it was in a disgraceful state with rubbish everywhere. It soon became clear that this was no longer a hotel but a shelter for the homeless. The only person available to speak to was a security guard who gave me the number of the owners, who are based in India. They didn't even know that they owned the hotel, far less whether it was open or not. I had to book into another hotel, obviously. ...
