"I was stranded in Orlando for three extra days due to flight cancellations. The staff and accommodations were excellent. The front desk is very friendly and offered suggestions about shopping in the area. The manager was very friendly and helpful. It was home away from home. I was able to get rest and catch a flight on Thursday. The room was spacious and very clean and I liked the kitchen set up. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"The room was very detailed decorated, lots of pillows and very comfortable, but there was an uncomfortable odor to humidity coming probably from the rugs. We had to open the windows and turn on the fan to reduce this feeling. Great location to downtown ammenities."

"Filthy dirty inside. Couldn't get a key card to work on the door so had to had staff let us in each time. It happened too 4 other people checking in also. Tried to get my money back but they wouldn't budge neither would Expedia to help. I will never use Expedia again either. 2 times in a week is enough for me. The 1st hotel was a scam i booked on Expedia and they wouldn't reimburse me for either. Pulled up to the address only to find an abandoned and boarded up building. Never again will i use Expedia"

"I was greeting by staff while waiting for the check in line. Everyone was so friendly. We were placed on the second floor. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable as well. What impressed me the most is there was a makeup removal pad in the bathroom. I was traveling and i had forgot to bring mine with me. its like they thought of everything to make my trip great. I would defiantly book there again. I can honestly say this is the best hotel I ever stayed at. "
