"Room was terrible roaches everywhere TV didn’t work refrigerator didn’t work. Staff doesn’t care no cleanliness. The health department needs to be on top of this hotel ASAP."

"I rarely ever write reviews, but I feel the need to share our experience as the images and description online are extremely deceptive. This property is downright disgusting and unsafe for people, especially those with children. There is mold at the crease of ceilings and walls, all of the handles on the dresser and night stands are completely rusted from all the moisture trapped in the rooms. Water/chemical stains dripping all down the walls, roaches, and a strong bug spray odor, yuck! At $150/night, you would think the rooms would at least be habitable. We were in the room for 15 minutes before our family had to leave, and find another hotel for the night. Please save yourself the headache and do not boom your stay here."

"These people are awful. Double booked our condo, left us without a place to stay after driving 18 hours and took no accountability nor offered any kind of help resolving the issue. Ignored phone calls and texts, lied about the booking, and refused to communicate. "

"Owners were easy to reach and to work with little to no notice of our need. Unit was clean and affordable! Note - gated community with security was a learning curve but the guards were reachable by phone and very nice. "
