"Room was excellent and the air conditioning was amazing. The room was amazingly dark and quiet at night and great view out the window during the day. The bag storage was a minor bit troublesome as it seemed like the restaurant staff didn’t enjoy sorting this out for us, but not the most annoying. The location was very convenient to the train station and a small walk (10 mins) to the main town."

"The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. The staff reluctantly served us drinks while at the same time wiping tables and closing down - despite the fact that the bar was supposed to stay open for another 30 minutes. "Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"What a hidden gem. Really beautiful property. The staff could not have been nicer. We had a rental car which made this perfect for us. It might be a trickier location to get to if relying on other modes of transport. It's about 15mins drive from Bellagio. The apartment we got was perfect. The views stunning. "A beautiful and traditional hotel which was right on the promenade by the water. A few hundred yards from the ferry. Great staff, lovely rooms, nice little pool and a decent buffet breakfast. Look no further!"

"Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. "Wir waren das zweite Mal im La Darsena und waren wie beim letzten Besuch sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist super, alle Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Englisch aber auch teilweise Deutsch kommt man sehr gut zurecht. Das Frühstück ist eine tolle Auswahl und auch ein Besuch im Restaurant am Abend ist ein absolutes Highlight. "Das Hotel liegt super, unmittelbarer Zugang zum See. Unbedingt zu empfehlen sind die Zimmer mit Seeblick. Unser Zimmer selbst zeigte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, hier wäre grundsätzlich eine Aufarbeitung notwendig. Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir das Hotel wieder wählen bei unserem nächsten Besuch am Comer See. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat uns sehr überzeugt. They treated us like one of the family, even giving us prosecco to help us celebrate our honeymoon. If we find ourselves in Tremezzo again, we will without a doubt be staying here."

"La bienvenida al hotel estuvo estupenda, el staff es increíble! Siempre atentos y respetuosos! Y el desayuno, ni se diga, esos capuchinos estaban muy ricos! En cuanto a la habitación, aunque es pequeña tiene todo lo suficiente, además de que está preciosa y las camas son cómodas, sin embargo lo que más se agradece es el aire condicionado! No esperamos para regresar en el futuro y hospedarnos en este hotel!"
