"Stayed at Royalton riviera. Place had lots of options for dinner. We were there 5 days. Made it to all the different restaurants and loved all. Went into Cancun down town to shop. Highly recommend. Did the Chichén Itzá tour. Long day but worth it. Very cool to see. Everyone in the resort is very friendly and welcoming. All inclusive is the way to go. Will definitely be back. "

"Beautiful grounds and gardens. Loved all the animals on the property, Walkways were nice and clean, very nice beach. All the employees were very friendly! We enjoyed the evening entertainment/shows. It would be nice for the rooms to be updated but otherwise it was a great place and I would come back."

"Everything was close by to each other didn’t have to walk to far to get to anything. I think there should have been more pool area music and more activities for adult. We were provided with VIP access which was nice but a little confusing and misleading. I had $200 worth of coupon that honestly I didn’t even use cause they weren’t taking it any where because we already had a discount. Not sure what’s the point of the coupon if you can’t use it. Our package came with a free bottle of champagne every night, we only received it the first night and second night. The preferred access is nice but very excluded from everything not very open floor plan to enjoy with the view outside."
