"Great hotel within walking distance of the railway station and the old town. Situated on the river, it’s a nice walk. Whilst we were given free transportation around the city, we did not take advantage of this as Salzburg is so small and did not cover boat rides along the river. Our room contained a shower/bathroom, coffee machine and kettle, microwave, little stove and fridge. "The Reception lady Eva is very friendly, patience, and helpful. She explains everything we need to know without needed us to ask. She makes us feel like coming home and so in love with Austrian politeness again! However, the gentlemen during our check-out process is the other way, a but arrogant, impatience when we clarify our balance payment.
I only realised there’s no body wash when Im taking shower and had to call the receptionist to request one. But I was told to collect it from reception...

"Wir hatten eine geräumige Junior Suite für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Türe. Die Altstadt erreicht man so in einer Viertelstunde. Die Arena ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

"Very, very close to the train station and since we arrived after midnight, it was so easy to find.
The property and the rooms were awesome!

"I loved the staff they were so friendly and helpful. The beautiful host I forgot her name actually took me to where the bus stop was and gave us maps and information. She gave us our free bus tickets. The bus stops right at the corner. It's so easy to get there from the train station. If you dont mind no air-conditioning they gave us 2 fans.
