Great location. Near bus and train station. Very safe to transit at night. Very spacious rooms. Not noisy. Curtains are not blackout, but we didn't mind. At reception, you can request to borrow an umbrella. Amazing view at the rooftop breakfast/dining room.

This property is located right next to the railway station and the local and regional transport street cars and buses. The area is diverse and we felt safe. The restaurant was a little too pricey for our budget. The river and the main tourist areas are 10 minutes away via public transit which you are given a free pass for the days you are there. It was rainy days when we arrived in Salzburg. We asked the reception staff where we can buy umbrellas near the hotel. The reception lady replied that the hotel would lend us the umbrellas. It was so nice and helpful.

The rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Location was nicely located right next to the Hauptbahnhof & Bus station. The hotel gave out free transit passes to use city buses, which was great for my family. We could bus to the different sites very easily. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, and the restaurant was on the top floor, which was very nice. Great views!

Excellent breakfast. Our room needed a bit of a revamp a bit tired, blackout curtains seen better days and also the housekeeping lacking, cups dirty when we arrived and when the room was cleaned during the day no fresh cups provided and tea/coffee refilled.

The location of this hotel is excellent - if travelling by train. I appreciated the free bus pass for my stay. The room itself was spacious, but it was hot (and I couldn’t get it to cool off) and the bed was too firm. I did not sleep well - which is the main reason I stay at a hotel. Water pressure was great. The breakfast buffet was overpriced - and while it tasted okay - not worth the bill. Also, be wary of the food/drinks in the room - these are mini bar items you must pay for - but this is not advertised anywhere! I definitely would not pay 4 euros for a small bag of plain chips! A Bonus was that you could store luggage for free after you checked out (but at your own risk - it is just in the lobby next to the desk out in the open).

All the rooms have amazing view facing the alps and the castle. We love watching sunrise and sunset from our room! Amazing location right next to bus terminal for all of our day trips. Supermarket inside the station is a plus, and it opened during holidays even when everything else was closed. Great location and great hotel!
