The room itself was nice and clean with comfortable sitting areas near the lobby. However, luggage storage was unlocked and unmanned. Any person could have walked right into the hotel and taken your luggage with no staff member seeing. As a solo female traveler, I should have payed more attention to the fact that this hotel is unstaffed at night, too.

Highly recommend!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the desk gave us a tour of the hotel. He had a nice smile and was very welcoming! Loved that breakfast was included, and the lady in the kitchen was very efficient and nice. Enjoyed the coffee/tea bar, free to guests and the honesty bar. Clean room, simple yet cozy. Definitely plan on going back!

Great hotel right from check-in to checkout. Reception was systematic, helpful and very welcoming. Charming hotel with a superb location - short walks from central train station; to Hohensalzburg Fortress and everything else in between! Spacious room and beds. We also felt very at home with the coffee/tea lounge and bar with comfy seating which were really nice.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is so lovely, with very friendly staff and in a great location. The staff really take the time to make you feel valued and comfortable. The common areas (including a record player and complimentary coffee bar) are extremely cozy and a nice place to relax outside of your room.

Amazing experience with this hotel. Arrived early on a rainy morning and was planning on just dropping off my luggage as check in was still hours away. Lovely young woman at the hotel desk was able to let me into my room then and there! Then, I discovered my electricity converter was the wrong kind and they loaned me one to use for duration of my stay.
