"They charged me for breakfast as two persons and I emailed them, send them messages on their phone but they never got back to me. Very poor breakfast options. The cup for coffee is ridiculously small. No one came to clean the room during my stay. Access to the building, elevator, corridor going to your room, your room is either through codes or your phone which is very inconvenient. "Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. To be fair, it was in the mid 90s and very hot so not surprising that a/c wasn't keeping up.

"We had the three bedroom apartment. It was on the 4th floor but well worth the hike up. Very spacious and one of the most unique places we stayed at. The view out our windows of the city and the fortress were amazing. You were in walking distance of almost everything. Very memorable stay."

"Very clean, laundry facilities a plus and everything worked well. Very close to train and to the lovely pedestrian area and then over the river to the old town. Excellent response from the manager and very spacious! Highly recommend!"
