"The rooms were clean, but a little dated. We had to change rooms as the first room they assigned us smelled of mildew. It’s a decent value for the age of the hotel. The staff were not consistently helpful or attentive. They frequently seemed bothered when we asked them to do anything. Quite odd. The space was rented out on the weekend for big parties forcing us to share the pool area and beach area with many others. If you’re interested in a better cost and larger pool, I encourage you visiting them hotel next-door—the Tambuli Beach Resort."

"Hotel is nice and the staff are exception, but it’s dated. The rooms are tiny, there’s no electrical sockets in the bathroom, the shower door stopper caused us to stub our feet many times. I stayed here before in 2019 and the property hasn’t been updated or refreshed since - although there are some renovations to the beach club going on right now. The beach front is top notch. The biggest plus is the food - everything we ate was delicious."
