Hi Rose, We're sorry that you were not satisfied with how our check-in process. We sent you a message right after booking with instructions how to arrive at the property. We saw that you were able to read the message through Expedia's message center. We were anticipating for a response from you informing us of your arrival time at the property but got no response. We clearly advertise on our listing that our staff will only be available until 8 PM and any arrivals after 8 should be properly scheduled to ensure that a staff will be waiting for you to check-in. It's sad that you were not able to enjoy our accommodation. But we hope you will book with us again and the next time you're in town.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. The building has been in the area for 10 years already and has withstood a couple of earthquakes within a decade. It opened its doors to non-residents in 2016 when some owners started renting out to transient guests. This year, we should be seeing more improvements especially with transportation with the opening of Dusit Thani, a 5-star hotel within the building premises.

We're sorry to hear about the problem, Russel. The apartment actually has best views in all of Amisas - sunset is amazing from 16B. It's too bad you didn't have time to catch it as you arrived late and left early. We called the exterminator right away after you told us about the ants. We wish you had also checked the property's location before booking it. The place is located at the tip of the island and is ideal for guests looking to spend some quiet time away from the busy city life.

We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience you had to deal with our property. Taxi drivers could jack up on prices but you can always report drivers who insist on being paid at a fixed rate. Metered taxi could only have cost you Php300 at most given there is no traffic and the distance from the airport to the property. As a short term rental apartment, we only provide basic toiletries and unfortunately toothpaste and toothbrush are not one of them. As disclosed in our advertisements, beach access is temporarily unavailable due to an ongoing hotel construction. We hope you will come back next time when the beach is fully operational. We're sorry that you have not ready our disclaimer about the beach being not accessible due to an ongoing hotel construction. It is not common for Filipino homes to have hot water running on kitchen sinks. Our bathroom showers, however, run on hot and cold water. We are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is a valuable part of that process.
