Deluxe rooms are the best, great ocean view, needs a refrigerator though at the very least for the room price. Traditional hut not recommended, Ifugoa w/ AC is practical. Staff were pleasant. Overall it was an OK stay.
The resort landscape is amazing. The service from maintenance and the receptionist are excellent but the cafeteria ladies are not quite hospitable (they should learn how to SMILE). The hotel must do something with the mosquitoes. The housekeepers should clean the rooms well, dust the furnitures, sweep the floor under the bed and must replace the linens with new ones.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the style and the interior of the Ifuagao Nipa Hut. However, they should add more locks to the door because it can easily be opened. They are also pet-friendly. My doggo enjoyed listening to the live band while eating potato wedges. Haha! Nalu is such a cozy place. It is highly recommended! :)
