"Here are my comments regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Positive feedback: • The breakfast was excellent, with generous portions. • The shuttle service was very convenient, and the driver was courteous and helpful. • The staff were consistently welcoming and attentive. Areas for improvement: • The room was smaller than expected. • I waited approximately 30 minutes because the room was not ready at check-in. • The check-in time feels late and the check-out time early. Aligning check-in and check-out windows would allow guests to better enjoy their stay. Thank you for your attention to these points."

"The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."

"order a deluxe room but didnt get one .i was told first come first served ,i said i paid for the room in advance .that didnt make me happy ,i didnt get what i paid for ,wont be going back"

"Clean pods, hot and cold shower available, shampoo and body soap provided, easy check-in and check-out, a lot of restaurants and fast food as well as shopping center walking distance to the space pods. Very near the airport..."

"This place is ok. There is security at night. And the staff if friendly but it’s very dirty and smelly inside. The towels were kinda musky/moldy. At least they had wifi & hot water"
