"We are "stuck" here for an extra 2 days due to the Kona stirm. Staff have been exceedingy patient and friendly and accommodating during this challenging peroid. They even got me to the local emergency room for treatment of an acute injury. Our room was gorgeous!"

"Original Kanaapali resort, with old Hawaiian feel. While this resort is not equipped with the same amenities of the much more modern resorts that are in the area, it exceeds expectations by providing peace and that old Hawaiian feel that we enjoy. Rooms were very nice, being a smaller property, there aren’t the crowds to navigate. On-site restaurant is nice, however definitely on the more expensive end. "We didn’t get room service even after requesting it. I understand there is a schedule but when we called we had requested for it. There was also 1 small bottle of shampoo and body wash for each day to be split amongst everyone in the room."
