"Original Kanaapali resort, with old Hawaiian feel. While this resort is not equipped with the same amenities of the much more modern resorts that are in the area, it exceeds expectations by providing peace and that old Hawaiian feel that we enjoy. Rooms were very nice, being a smaller property, there aren’t the crowds to navigate. On-site restaurant is nice, however definitely on the more expensive end. "Wish the pools were heated"

"Partial ocean view as promised. Food good but not outstanding and food prices were ridiculously high ( $60) for breakfast buffet. It was nice but very busy and noisy at times because of so many people. Nice luxury hotel but didnt always feel like the relaxed pace we have expected from Hawaii."

"We didn’t get room service even after requesting it. I understand there is a schedule but when we called we had requested for it. There was also 1 small bottle of shampoo and body wash for each day to be split amongst everyone in the room."

"We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved how we were sent text messages of any updates or information on daily activities. Looks slightly outdated but currently under renovation. The food and drinks were great. We Will stay here again. "

" The room didn’t really have a balcony, just a very narrow space about 12” wide that you could stand on, no chairs would fit. Also, the ocean view was very very small. These two things were very disappointing since the room was advertised as having a balcony. Our room smelled heavily like marijuana when we first arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were at 98% capacity, and there were no comparable rooms. So the value for what we paid...

"This is our third time staying in Sheraton in Kaanapali. Unfortunately, despite the premium location, the resort is getting older and older and in desperate need of renovation. Seems that lobby was recently renovated, but rooms need help. Our ocean view room had crack in the sink, no vent in the bathroom and multiple layers of pain that was chipping. It probably would not matter that much if weather would be better during our stay, because due to the tropical storm we were forced to spend a lot...
