"The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back."

"I really like this hotel stay. Our check in was easy and I was able to combine an extra night I had booked to my original reservation, the room was big and the shower was huge! The casino was nice and clean. The only things I would change would probably be, the in and out parking pass be activated with the same room key other than a cardboard cover with a sticker on it, and more food options than just 1 restaurant."

"Room was beautiful. Dining was awful. Bland food and terrible service. Front desk was not knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Went on the onsite hike and trail was not well marked. Off duty employees said they hadn’t gotten around to the t yet. Very underwhelmed by the resort"

"The beautiful lake view was the highlight! Nice room, has everything you need like comfy beds, good tv/wifi, and even heated toilets! I loved that they give you vouchers to visit Lakeside Beach because that saved us a lot of money. We also got a $60 food/bev credit with our stay and loved the room service breakfast. Nice size parking lot. Cute balcony to watch the view. Close enough to walk to casinos and local shops (10mins)."
