Front desk staff were great and the continental breakfast offered a good selection.
It was advertised that all rooms had WiFi free of charge.
My room did not have wifi access (206). When I asked about this I was told that wifi was “spotty” in some rooms.
My room had 2 worrying electrical issues;
- a ceiling light would flicker sporadically, often stopping and then recovering. This was the main source of light for the desk area.
- one of the side table lights had a built in power point that was not attached properly. It looked like there was an attempt to glue it in place which did not work.
The guest laundry area was not clean, especially the floor.
