Great ocean front location with fabulous views close to all stores and restaurants. Easy check-in, property currently undergoing some renovations so you hear some noise during the day.

Casa Loma is being remodeled, so there were areas that were unavailable to us. This did not affect our enjoument of this remarkable inn at all. We had ocean view rooms on the top floor and a really pleasant experience. Would recommend.

We were dissapointed that all the hotel facilities were not available and there was major works going on in the hotel which we were not informed of. Charging full price for this inconvenience left a bitter taste. I’m sure the hotel will be great once all of the renovation work is complete but not to tell your guests about this and charging full price with no bar or anything open is not acceptable.

When we went to check out of our 3 rooms, we were hit with an additional $35 AMENITY FEE per room. I thought when I paid for the rooms on Expedia all fees were included. Sour ending.
