"So they was able to check me in early which was great. However, I was there 4 days and housekeeping didn't clean my room. None of those days. I had to get clean towels from the desk. And on the last night the air conditioner failed in the room but the staff quickly relocated me to another room so that was pretty good. "
"Conveniently located near airport. Self-sustained has a coffee shop, restaurant bar, pool, and comfortable bedding. Great for business or layover. Probably not ideal for family vacation but excellent for business"

"This was THE nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, the ONLY downside was the $50-$60 parking but oh well it’s LA what do you expect? However this hotel was the nicest I have ever stayed at and even got upgraded to a Deluxe King suite over something broken in our room. We will be staying here again. "Everyone was so amazing from front desk, to valet, to cleaning, to repairing the safe, bartender, kitchen staff. Valets Jonathon G, JT and others for whom i have no name, to entire front desk and people that did things for us but i do not know their names. I talked to them everytime i saw them. And they were so happy to help. "
