Despite their limited responsibilities, they went above and beyond to help me locate a safe pharmacy late at night. Their unwavering support ensured that I was able to retrieve my Uber and return to the hotel without any further complications. I regret not being able to remember their names. Furthermore, I would like to thank the housekeeping staff for their invaluable assistance during a challenging time when my daughter fell ill. Their prompt attention to my needs was greatly appreciated. Lastly, I would like to commend the gentleman at the club for his exceptional service in providing me with ice cubes. His assistance was instrumental in ensuring my comfort during my stay. In summary, I am thoroughly impressed with the vision and execution of the hotel. "The views from our room were excellent. You could see the iconic Hollywood sign and the Griffith park observatory. The gym had more than enough equipment to get a good workout. Finally the pool area was a very pleasant surprise with it’s outdoor garden vibe."
