The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Riku who helped us fix a malfunctioning AC unit in our room. Overall it was an incredibly lovely experience and we would definitely come back."

"Rakuro is in the kind of special location where we would choose to live if we lived in Kyoto. Its concept and setting made us genuinely happy. Being close to the Gyoen National Park and surrounded by many artisanal spots showed us that we had chosen the perfect area. It’s a very calm place, away from tourist crowds. The hotel was clean and well-organized, and the staff were kind and helpful"
