"It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet. "

"We loved our stay here. The beds were large and very comfortable, the bathroom was also good sized with a fantastic shower. Everything tasteful and spotless. The staff was very flexible for us arriving later and departing earlier than typical front desk hours. They were very responsive and kind. We were sad to leave. The gyoza restaurant downstairs was also very good and a perfect pick-me-up after a long day. It is a decent walk (9m) to the trains but close to some bus lines. We weren’t bothered...

This particular ritz Carlton should be recategorized as a 7 star hotel (if there is not such a rating , one should be started) instead of 5 star. This property deserves all the praise and then some - especially their staff and service. "
