"This was a perfect place to experience Japan. It had traditional Japanese accomodations and food but also with many high tech conveniences. The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis to easily visit locations like the imperial palace or the Bamboo Forest. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a great experience in Kyoto. "

"The lounge is great with free snacks and drinks and games. The breakfast was also quite good. The staff was nice as well. Our room didn't have a view, but was spacious with a nice bathroom. It's a ten minute drive from the train station, lots of good restaurants close by."

The location too couldn’t be any better. It is close enough to all the places you’d like to visit that’s a walking distance away, while being placed in a quieter neighborhood where you feel part of the community. "This was a lovely hotel! Great location close to the metro and only two stops up from Kyoto Station; it’s right next to the market and a lot of shopping and restaurants. It was very easy for us to get around to all the sights we wanted to see! The room itself was huge and clean. The beds were possibly the most comfy hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff were very kind and also helped me ship my luggage at the end. We would absolutely stay here again!"

There’s also a bike rental up the street which was really fun too. Our room had everything you needed I felt very traditional well still having a fewwestern amenities. "

Our two bed room was surprisingly big and comfortable for Japan standards. The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station and near the shopping district.
