Picked Yans from online pictures while I was at the airport on a last-minute decision to go to Bali I could not have made a better choice Yans is clean beautiful great people five star at three star prices you canโ€™t go wrong. Kuta is the best location for all needs

Functional and recommended for budget travelers
Yan's hotel was very functional - clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast, a not terrible walk to the beach for a great price! It's not fancy or luxurious, but totally works if you're on a budget.

At home from beginning till the end
Staff and attention the friendliest ever. Beautiful details that make you feel welcome every time. Very nice breakfast a la carte. Also they give you privacy any time. Just like home, but with customer service.

Hotel Review.
The hotel is very nice. I would improve the following areas: 1. Provide fresh fruit every morning with the breakfast. Right now visitors must choose between a few slices of fruit and a fruit drink. Not enough based on my wife's and my traveling around the country. 2. My wife had a problem with the pillars. Could be a little softer. 3. The laundry ironing isn't great. I kept asking for heavy starch and creasing of my pants/trousers but it didn't happen. I also don't like the additional 20% fee added on to the laundry bill. I think it's too much and just another way to make a few extra dollars.
