The location was convenient, but our stay was overshadowed by poor customer service. Staff were dismissive and disrespectful during the New Years Eve celebration, and at times the communication felt harassing rather than helpful. The manager spoke to me the next day with apologies, but only to be later revealed that he did not honor his word to make things right! On top of that, the hotel did not honor our Expedia Gold benefits, which was a major disappointment given we booked through Expedia. Overall, we did not feel welcomed and our concerns were not handled professionally. We expected much better. I cannot recommend this location and would encourage others to try the other Kuta Beach club for their stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and quick to accommodate a room change from a connecting to non-connecting room. Breakfast was good but having to request any type of egg was a little bizarre rather than self serve at least fried or scrambled. I’d also prefer not having to ask for bacon but these are tiny things.
