Hotel did not honour Expedia booking
I tried to check in at 9pm on a Saturday. Staff took about 15 minutes to acknowledge my presence. They did not speak English. And they said that they were fully booked. I showed them my booking through Expedia and they indicated (at this stage through a Malay speaking guest who kindly translated for us). I did not get to see the room, but having stayed at the Hyatt in Kuantan (currently in refurbishment) this would have been a huge step down. It resembles more of a hostel to be honest.

环境卫生平平,打扫很随意,基本是外籍员工在维持一切的工作,适合要求不高或者只是想找一个房间洗澡睡觉过一夜是没问题的,地点蛮靠近海边市区,有车的人比较适合居住
