Room Bad Smell, not secure, the window can easily be open from outside. Not recommended to stay.

a lot of room for improvement. it was okay if it was for a short stay. the bathroom needs more clean up. the bed was comfortable and clean which was good because a lot of reviews said that it was dirty. i guess theres improvement. keep it up.

i never stayed at a budget hotel before so i guess this is good. may have room for improvement on the service and management. but still a comfortable stay. tq

there was a certain smell as i entered the room so i sprayed my own perfume. its not stinky just an indescribable smell. the other stuff like tv, ac, and wifi were working properly. this was a good choice apart from the smell. hope that every room is not like that.

It was situated a nice neighborhood. A shopping mall is close by and the train stations are in walking distance. I didn't expect to get a smoking room so the room has stench of cigarettes.

sometimes we just have to experience the hotels ourselves to know how they really are. and my stay here was a good stay. as expected for the price i got, affordable and good basic services and facilities. not at par with my level of cleanliness but mehhh. great short stay.

a walking distance to sunway velocity mall which is good since the options for food would be wider. i got this room for so cheap so i thought the service is as good as it gets. no major problem and hoping that this hotel gets better in time.

Pleasant one night stay
location is great since close to where im planning to go during my stay. staff here are also friendly and helpful. most important of all, cleanliness needs to be improved. the room and the hotel environment.

im ok with the size of the room and everything else. its enough for me. i mean, cleanliness is very important, this hotel have it but just to improve a bit more, tidy up a little more. other than that im ok. good for a short stay.

First of all the pictures of this hotel in Expedia is not the one in person. They gave me the room that has no window and really loud even at night time. On the other hand, the front desk will go up and beyond helping the customer. Jasmine is very helpful.

Dirty no secure, you have to beg for toilet paper, they give one towel for the whole days that u are there, internet rrally bad, just work one day for us, they steal your money I gave 50 USD as deposit foe the keys and they give back local money and less, the key every day reset so u have to go all days to reception and fixed

Dirty, no secure. No toilet paper, everything old, the ask for deposit I give USD and they give me back local money and less, the steal my money. No house keeping, just one towel for the whole days. Internet not working, etc

部屋に冷蔵庫はありません。シャワーはお湯は出ません。窓なしの部屋もあります。 ただ、フロントの女性はフレンドリーですごく優しい方です。小学生くらいの息子さんもお手伝いしています。 ベッドシーツなどの交換は言えばやってくれます。 ルームウエアはありません。 フロントの横に24時間やっている食堂があります。 ここは屋台などの相場より安いのに、量が多く、味も美味しいです。 近くにはスーパーや大きなショッピングモールもあり便利です。 安いならではの不便さはありますが、カップルなどではなければ充分だと思います。

Could be better, could be worse...
This is a rundown hotel which doesn't really reflect the current state of the place. The room I was given didn't have hot water and smelled like cigarettes, the aircon unit was old and noisy and the Wifi was one the slowest I've experienced in a long time. I think you can stay in better neighborhoods at this price point but it did have several places to eat at walking distance. Not the worst I've experienced but I'd give this place a miss.
