Let's see. We started staying in this hotel not due to location but the reputation they had as a Accor brand. We found this 2 years ago while booking for a company trip and we were impressed with their service and the rooms. They staff was polite, and quick thinking. We have stayed a couple more times after that. Today during check in I must say we were totally disappointed with the service. From the front counter to the supervisor to the Director of Sales who did not call me back. Even after promising. I do not know if I will want to stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night. Overall it was okay except there was issue with the aircon. It took 30 nearly 1hr to send the electrician guy up to fix the issue. The toilet has no locks. So it's a little not toddler friendly cause they will just open the door while you're trying to shower or your toilets. Other than that, the room is cozy and nice.

The property and service was awesome. Only one thing that kinda annoyed me which was the water that leaked out of the shower. Other than that we give 5 star.

Everything was ok until the check in....the door was faulty and the manager told the staff to use force to push the door....all you cqn do is just offer a next room immediately? Can't you. Poor junior staff gotta just follow her leader's instruction? What hospitality is that?

The staff were friendly but it would be good if there could be at least one English speaking staff on duty at all times. The room was clean and neat but there was a baby cockroach seen running around the room. The toilet and facilities were well thought, except that there were no hooks or ledges to place our clothes when showering. Especially in a double bedded room, hooks or ledges should be made available in the shower area so that people can put on clothes in the shower area after showering.

Well kept room, clean, comfortable bed and pillow. Hotel surroundings is quiet. Staff is polite. Food outlets is limited. Malay food, korean, Texas Chicken and Cafe, Grocery store is nearby. Walking distance is 5min.

Great stay
This is a new hotel in Glenmarie Shah Alam. Near Ultrapolis market place. There are plenty of eateries nearby. The room was clean and tidy. The shower area and toilet are saperated. The breakfast was adequate but the staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable.

Checkin took a long time. Checkin is often like applying for a passport or visa - you’re tired, hungry and you need another 10 mins to get your room key. It’s not this hotel per se, but many take altogether too long. Why not use the information I provided when booking? Nice hotel, very local crowd and near the industrial area. Taxis were easy to get. Hotel had good food, and a pool gym and rooftop bar - a nice place to chill after a long day. They were not consistent with water to the room, and on arrival they knocked and gave me stuff for my room fridge…(which should have been there already maybe?). Overall though, I was happy to be there (the A/C is set to 18° in the common areas so bring a sweater!).
