"Be sure to call the property prior to arrival for gate code and door code, even though the reserved condo states check-in at 4pm. There’s no front desk at the property. The condo includes AC, washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The dumpster for trash is located in the back where all the mail boxes are located. Parking is free. The beach and market place is a 5 mins drive from the condo."

"The check in process was very easy, even for late check in. The property was beautiful. We had an ocean view. There was construction going on in other parts of the complex, but did not bother us. "The balcony overlooked the lovely pool area and had comfortable seating to relax. The room was a good size and had great tv/living room seating as well as a table for meals. The kitchen, though tiny, was well equipped and worked easily for the two of us. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but also was sufficient for our needs. "Would never go back. This place had no A/C so it was way too hot inside even with the fans. If you park after 8pm it’s a block walk around the building just to get in due to door to the parking lot being locked up. Was never told about the construction going on upstairs that started at 8am. They were tearing up the flooring and it was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. Will say the view was great and it was close to everything. But the heat and loud construction made our stay...

"This condo was clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We cooked quite a few meals in the kitchen. The grounds are kept will manicured. The pool & hot tub also very clean. We had a pretty good storm while staying there. The mgmt company stayed in contact throughout wroth updates. They are fantastic to deal with. "

"This place exceed my expectations! The beds were comfortable, the place was lovely, the balcony was amazing, and the location was perfect! There was also a beach umbrella, chairs, AND a boogie board available to use during beach days which my kids and I greatly appreciated. The whole Waikoloa area is adorable with shops, restaurants, and a beach all within a couple minutes of driving. "We arrived early and there was no option for early check in. The keyless entry was frustrating and very inconvenient. They provide a 9 digit code you must use to get on an elevator, open doors on the property and enter your room. That’s very inconvenient when traveling with kids and no one can remember the code. The water was also turned off to the property during our stay with no means of showering, cooking or using the restrooom. There was no communication regarding this shut off and again...

"Prefer they clean the room daily, also need to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper, paper towel etc. Also in order to get new towels you need to bring the old dirty ones to the Front desk to get new clean one."
