"Pickup and transfer from airport to hotel was fast. All staff I've encoutered are truly friendly and smiling. They allowed me to check in at 12:30, without charging extra. Area around hotel is safe and very walkable. Breakfast was delicious and a plethora of choices for good. Room was exceptionally clean. "

"Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig an einer Straße gelegen, mit einer super schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist eine Bar mit direkt am Wasser mit wunderschönen Ausblick um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Personal war stehts freundlich und nett und konnte mir auch beim Transfer zum Flughafen helfen :)"

"I'm not sure how to write a review of tge properly. Basic might do or even primative. Bed made strange noises, but so what, it was huge and very comfortable. Shower and toilet, old with peculiar plumbing but it all worked. Fabulous balcony. Not exactly pristine surroundings and was a bit muddy after rain, non of which killed anybody. Staff were brilliant. Was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived. Would come back like a shot."

"The location is perfect and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to the harber so when you are doing a Komodo trip you can walk to the boat. "We stayed for 3 nights at Ayana, all of-the amenities and facilities are so full-filling, for sure this place is highly recommended. We had a bit trouble, our flight got cancelled..but Ayana welcomed us back, Igi from the front desk was so helpful. So we stayed one more night and had a pleasant time. Don’t forget to visit “Kisik” the romantic seafood restaurant, Naga bar by the pier and enjoy the Sunset from the lobby lounge…"
