"We come to Tokyo twice a year to visit family and always stay at this hotel. You can't beat the convenience of the location! And the hotel is in great condition! The staff is so nice and the rooms are so clean! I wish I had bad things to say because it has become so popular that it is getting harder to book!! "

"Room was spacious. Love the residential home where I can cook and use the microwave. Also the washing machine was a life saver. Highly recommend and location is easy to navigate. The only down side is that house cleaning cost money. Should be included but I see why for ‘residential’ purpose. "
