Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food and beverages. Rooms are quite spacious for Japanese standards. Cleanliness was good. "We had such a great stay! The hotel was located off the main streets for shopping and within walking distance of bus stops and the subway - so convenient! We loved every aspect of the stay. A beautiful lounge area in the lobby, clean rooms, and helpful service."

"朝食は無料ではなく有料で4店舗から選べ初日は限定50食に釣られセット朝食でしたが､残念でした。店員さんの朝の挨拶も無しカウンターまで行き何処に座るか？聞いたら何処でも有料の価値無しでした。2日目は別のお店の朝食セットここは最高でした。ウエイターさんもきちっとしていて文句無しでした。"
