"Location was great; within 5 mins walk to 2 metro stations (1 of which is just 1 stop from Kyoto Station), convenience store (7-Eleven) and 2 local mini-markets. Room we booked was spacious and clean, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Used the luggage forwarding service recommended by hotel to send our luggage onwards to Osaka, and it was simple to use."

"Friendly staff. Well laid out room with washing machine, kitchenette facilities, and a comfy bed. Tasty but somewhat limited breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, 2 cereals, and coffee etc). Perfect for us but don't expect a massive buffet."

Helpful staff that speak English and they try to help you with everything including reservations, transportation, lending needed things, etc. Just ask. Great at arranging luggage shipping and storing. Great room layout, so spacious and adequate in every sense, comfortable beds. Feels like home."

"Great place to stay and convenient to food places. There’s a 7-11 store just around the corner. Friendly staff that speak English well soo that was really helpful and easy for our stay. Clean rooms with lots of amenities and feels like a cosy home away from home. Walkable to main shops and metro. We were travelling with our 5yo or took the taxi most of time going back to hotel. Also, the hotel has the same-day delivery luggage service available to purchase and for you to organise. "
