The hotel was very short-staffed, which resulted in us having to wait about 2 hours past check-in before we could get into our room. The staff was very nice and were working hard to meet our needs. They did upgrade us to a suite. The next morning they kept running out of coffee and the breakfast was not up to par.

This is a completely renovated property.. The desk people were good. My issue was breakfast.. they said it opened at 6:30.. I was there at 7 am and nothing was out except for dry cereal and near frozen muffins.. uckkk No coffee at all no where to be seen, and no employees around except for desk person and she seemed to be on the phone with a customer.. So I left and found a Starbucks.. uggg

Unfortunately, this property didn’t meet our expectations for the price. The staff were kind and though it was clean, there are many things that need updating and repairs. There were a lot of “out of order” signs throughout the hotel including ice machine, workout equipment, elevator buttons, community office area, wash machines, etc. and those are just the ones we saw. Hygiene products in the shower were old Dove refilled bottles and some even stretched out with sharpie and relabeled. Our rooms keys disabled about twice a day even when keeping away from our phones. Check in was easy and quick, location was nice and again it was clean (no random leftover hair, no bugs, etc.) but we won’t be choosing to stay here again for the value.

Our rooms were not ready, our rooms were not clean, there was blood on the stairs, there was obvious construction and it wasnt stated on the website. But the young lady at the front desk on 11/08/2025 at 6pm was amazing. She handled herself with grace and treated everyone with respect and kindness even when other guest traeted her rudely. She was the only reason why we stayed.

We got there and our room wasn't ready, took over 1hr to get one. The receptionist however was nice and patient with us and everyone else waiting for there rooms. Rooms looked so old and not the pleasant smell so basically you get what you pay for.
