Hotel Dekat St Peter's Church

"Loved our stay and wished it was longer! We especially loved the attention to detail in the decor and amenities, the clean and spacious room, and the friendly service. Food at the restaurant was excellent."

"Limpieza excelente, camas cómodas, baño con regadera excepcional y bastante agua"

"Good value for London. Hotel and rooms maintained to a very good, “fresh” condition. Very helpful and flexible staff. Rooms have good quality equipment and appliances - on the smaller side, but very much in line with London standards."

"They decorated our room and had cake and champagne for my birthday! They went the extra mile and I would highly recommend!"

"Quirky, fun, boutique, nice decor, good location. Shower room /toilet very small - however once wedged in you can get on with business…"

"I’ve stayed here on a few occasions and I’m never disappointed. I prefer this hotel over the larger ones that are typically busier and in busier areas. The staff is always accommodating and professional and I’ve never had an experience where I felt uncomfortable. I look forward to staying here again."

"Recién remodelado muy cómoda y limpia"

"Overall it was good but the actual room was very small to the one that was advertised. Also, when I went the room wasn't even cleaned after the previous guest and I had to wait a while while they cleaned it. But the receptionist offered me a nice Fanta to make up for it. Overall it was good and near the mainstreet."

"Awesome"

"excellent staff, friendly and very helpful. Rooms are exactly as pictured and described. Loved the Victorian style and ambiance. I definitely would stay here again."

"Great location. Lovely veranda."

"I’ve never stayed at a Bob W before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience exceeded my expectations! The overall aesthetic was great, the room was very clean and even came equipped with chargers and outlet converters. The area was very safe and a 10 minute walk to Kensington gardens. 10/10 recommend!"

"Bett war gut, aber uns zu klein. Frühstück kostet £21,00 pro Person - so viele warme Speisen wie man möchte! Wir können daher zum Essen im Hotel raten. Das Personal, mit denen wir in Kontakt gekommen sind, durch die Bank, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder."

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"We stayed at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens for three nights and had a very mixed experience. Our first night was particularly difficult. We arrived after midnight, but even allowing for the late hour, the staff seemed surprisingly inexperienced and unprepared. Unfortunately, the quality of service did not improve much during our stay. The main issue is the lack of a professional reception experience. Whenever we asked a question, staff often looked at one another as if unsure who knew what to do....
