I can’t say enough nice things about Brook Green Hotel. Absolutely LOVELY staff, cozy room cleaned daily, lovely pub downstairs with room service that was perfect for the end of long days. Genuinely loved staying here!

We stayed here for four nights a few weeks ago - room 14 on the third floor. The stairs were not so fun but the room was cute. We had an issue with hot water and shower pressure when showering in the evening. We could also hear the people in the next room over and their dog sometimes but it didn’t bother us. No noise issues from the pub downstairs or the street. We liked the neighbourhood a lot - quick walk to Hammersmith station. On our last day we stowed our bags and walked to the William Morris house and then had Sunday roast at the Dove. It was sunny and beautiful, the perfect end to the trip. Bring your own power adapter if you aren’t from the UK.

Loved this quaint hotel over the pub. Breakfast was superb! Best cuppa I had on my trip. The room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that the 4 floors are all walk-up; so although we were on the second floor - it was three flights up with heavy suitcases. I wish there had been staff available to help carry the cases up.

Would highly recommended this hotel and will be back to stay again in the future. We had to book last minute due to being let down by Air BnB, but we really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with great amenities.
