Hotel berdekatan Perkuburan Kensal Green

"Wunderschöne große Zimmer, beste Lage an der U-Bahn-Station Notting Hill Gate, tolles Frühstück mit frischen Produkten und "richtigem" Brot. Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich. Vor allem Carlos :)"

"Good value for London. Hotel and rooms maintained to a very good, “fresh” condition. Very helpful and flexible staff. Rooms have good quality equipment and appliances - on the smaller side, but very much in line with London standards."

"Lovely location and staff! The rooms are beginning to show their age and could have been cleaner."

"Great location. Lovely veranda."

"We checked into our rooms after a 10 hr long flight and wanted to take a hot shower, freshen up and leave for evening activities. However, both rooms were in need of significant maintenance that cut in to our vacation time. In one room, there was no water pressure, the sink was not draining, and the shower drain was clogged. In the second room, the AC was not working, and it was so hot that it was unbearable. We had to call reception twice, and had to wait for an hour before maintenance showed...

"We had a wonderful two-week stay during our trip to London. From the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out, everything was seamless. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the regular housekeeping service was excellent. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the tube station and supermarkets, making it...

"Awesome"

"A little pricey for hotel without a restaurant, but absolutely gorgeous property in the middle of vibrant part of London! Would definitely go back!"

"Very nice hotel. The location (Queensway) is great with everything you need at a 3 min. walk. Staff is really helpfull and friendly."

"Clean room"

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"Staff were great, room was clean/cleaned everyday with new towels and bed made. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer all available. The location is absolutely what makes this hotel. Really close to 2 central stations, amazing restaurants, the park and Notting Hill. However, the walls were quite thin, so a lot of noise from very early in the morning, and the bed was quite small for a double. Would 100% stay here again!!"
