"The rooms were beautiful. The rooms were clean and friendly staff. When I walked out of my room, I had the best view of the back of the Las Vegas strip. I was shocked that the casino was huge. El Cortez is walking distance to other Downtown Fremont Experience hotels and casinos. The restaurants was very good as well. I recommend Hot Noods. "This hotel is an older hotel the rooms are large with everything you need nothing is a bother for the staff they will do there best to assist where possible Binions café is so reasonable and the food is excellent "

"Booking through Expedia caused the property to only offer a smoking room to me. The room was also right above the music stage on Freemont street so it was very loud. Additionally the cost was $20+ more than what I was quoted as the "final price" on Expedia. Not good!"

"This was a really cute property. Friendly fun staff, room was clean. Just off the busy sections of Las Vegas to be quiet, but close enough to enjoy the night life and casinos. The property itself reminded me of cute beachfront hotels back east, and it even has mini golf on the main floor. The staff really made us laugh and the vibe was laid back, comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again. "
