"The stay was great because of the warm staff who always greeted us with respect. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing I need to complain about is the way the light switch were made is bad and worse. I just need to turn on or off one of the lights at the bedside, but the light in the bathroom shut off too while my mother is taking a shower. This is not safe. And I cant figure out how to turn it back on. It should have been done simple on and off. I had to call the desk for help. ...

"The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. However, wifi is terrible and I called about it in the front desk but they hurriedly told me it will be restarted. Nothing happened. I stayed 2 nights and there is no wifi. Altho, it has great location. But better hotels around the area were cheaper and better choice. Also, airbnb is also available around the area with good wifi."

"Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around. Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."

"The room was clean and they consistently replenished the minibar items like water and coffee. We really liked the hotel pool, and the breakfast was good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that outside food isn’t allowed. My son is a picky eater, so we had to buy food from outside, but bringing it into the hotel wasn’t permitted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the food policy was a challenge for us."

"My view from my room was excellent. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to MOA, and there’s also a skywalk bridge from Conrad Hotel across the street that leads directly there. The location was very convenient, close to everything and to Terminal 1."

"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "Nice stay and clean room. Staff were excellent. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city lights at night. Most friendliest and knowledgeable staff at the towel counter. He’s superb. Forgot his name but it was night when we went. Convenient walk to Newport world mall and a lot of dining options. Just the restroom blind needs some updating"
