"The bed is good. AC unit is a small window unit that has buttons you have to make guess(nothing is marked). AC unit is loud when it’s running. It’s a good location for everything. The island is small anyway"

"Good location to be central to Kauai and airport access. Can drive up north or south easily. The rooms were clean but dated. The same with the bathrooms. We came when they were doing updates( may 2026)so areas were closed off to us that would have been nice to utilize when we were there. The pool areas had closures and the gym had an odor, maybe from the construction. Unknown and no AC. Spa was out of the way to try and use due to construction so it wasn’t inviting to try and book. "Took 30 min. to tell front desk we were turning in our towel cards at the end of our stay. They need more than 2 people at the front desk during peak hours. Our room was very clean and tidy every day."

"Owner Alicia was super sweet. Excellent customer service and helpful. The property was excellent, we got oceanfront so the beach was right out front. Our 4 year old loved the pool. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. I never said anything bec I'm not the type to complain and not a huge deal."
