"The ISO is amazing to stay at while visiting Kauai. Fresh fruit and snacks daily, the ocean views, pool fun and close to shops. The staff is incredible. The best was being able to watch the whales from our room. Second year in a row for us and can't wait to return. "

"This was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. On our first night, the fire alarms went off around midnight and continued for nearly an hour. Not once did we receive any communication or even a basic apology from the hotel, which was extremely disappointing. There were also several maintenance issues in our room.
