"Top notch comfort and service. In a quiet area, but walkable to all the action in Shinjuku, including Shinjuku station. Limo buses from the airports will also pick up and drop off at this hotel. The restaurants at the hotel are also excellent."

"I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever. "

"I really loved this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely coming back again. The location is good and has a lot of dining restaurant nearby. Very clean hotel, lots of amenities and free shuttle going to Disneyland/Disneysea and going back to the hotel. Kudos to the staff, all of them are accommodating, very nice and helpful. And one more thing, OMG! The breakfast buffet is superb! Highly recommended! "

"Many food options since the convenience store was 24 hours and the restaurant ends around 9-9:30pm, for 40-50 dollars a night the bed is not bad, the internet was great 10 out of 10, the transportation was on time a couple of minutes before the scheduled time it was early the whole day except for rush hour which is understandable, there was also a international money exchange machine just in case you came late and couldn’t change your money in the airport, overall I had a pretty good and enjoyable time here and when I come to Japan I’ll definitely get this hotel again."

"Check in was crazy fast. Front desk staff were English speaking which helped a lot. All the staff we communicated with during our stay were so friendly. The gym has really nice machines, very well maintained. The food at the buffet smelled great, we didn’t have time to try it tho. The room was so clean and spacious and we didn’t hear any planes despite being so close to the airport. All in all, I’d definitely book this place again for my future travels. ALSO, FREE bus shuttles to and from the airport! Bus smells nice and feels clean and runs right on schedule. Don’t take taxi, they charged us $20 for a 5 minute ride to the hotel from the airport💀😂 (that was before we realized we could’ve used the Narita Tobu hotel bus that was parked at the airport) Thank you! "I knowingly booked a room that was very small, but also reasonably priced. It was very clean and sufficient for a place to sleep after spending a long day visiting sites around Tokyo. It would have been too tight, however, if there had been two of us."
