We booked at a particular rate and then were asked to pay almost $100 more for "taxes" despite the taxes being on the invoice. After a bit of math it was determined that we were actually being charged $7/day extra room rate beyond the expedia guarantee. When expedia reached out to the hotel they said no they won't honor the rate on the reservation and expedia thankfully was able to resolve the issue by putting us up in a much nicer accommodation while still honoring our original rate

All it had was a bed, microwave (on the floor) amd and a dresser that would fall apart if you sneezed on it. No wonder it was so cheap, but yet was STILL overcharged at the front desk. Absolutely atrocious

Check in was at 4 pm we got there at 4:45 and sign said out to lunch be back at 6. There was an issue so the manager had to come in cuz the cops were called. She did check us in then but then we got to our room that was supposed to be two beds and there was only one double bed. Tried to go back to the office to fix the issue and the manager was gone and sign still said be back at 6:00. The place was dirty all around lobby outside wreaked of smoke. And then they actually charge us more than what I was told me I was going to pay. The room was dirty and could use maybe a table and some chairs. The pictures I saw definitely do not look like what I saw when I went in.

very stark bleak large room with small bed no furniture. State of extensive repairs. It was cheap inexpensive what I wanted. Had no trash can or remote for TV. Staff addressed it and resolved.

This place needs condemned, I checked in which was very unprofessional, got that done and opened the door to the room cockroaches running on the floor and walls, room literally only had a bed on some kind of metal supports nothing else just a bare room. Closed door and went back to the sketchy office area and said I was not staying in that filth and was told they do not give refunds for online bookings. Travelers beware the pictures of their property on the website are nothing close to the place. Again it needs condemned.

I arrived late from the airport and was unable to check as the staff had locked the front office, left the light on, and left for the night. The condition of the property was sketchy at best, not welcoming at all, and had the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby...which was empty.

Disgusting
The room was disgusting actually, the entire place was they were stains on the sheets. There was roaches. There was no hot water in the shower. I contacted hotels.com asking for a refund because the office would not give me one so that I could go elsewhere they put me on the third floor, even though I requested a lower floor due to my RA And then when there was no hot water in the shower, they offered to move us a floor down on clear on the other side of the building after we moved a lot of our belongings which we had a lot already to the room hotels.com said someone would be contacted me in 24 hours and that I would receive a refund But no one ever contacted me so I was forced to stay there the first night and take a cold shower, but I left the next day even though I had paid for the room for two days because it was so disgusting. I’m very disappointed and the service in the condition of the hotel along with hotels.com for never reaching back out to me I will never book through them again if this is not handled, and I will for sure never ever stay at the hotel again. Oh, and they did not have a smoke detector in the room. It was ripped out of the ceiling.
