"TV in room didn't work "

"The bar staff, service, and drink prices were excellent! Our room was clean and the lobby was nice. All staff were courteous during our entire stay. The disappointment was the pool and workout areas. The pool was cloudy and did not look like it had been cleaned in a while and the workout area smelled bad. The rating would have been higher if not for these two areas. Breakfast is your standard, continental affair and fed us for free before hitting the road."

"Be prepared to get stuck going in and out of the garage. The room key did not work and staff struggled to get the gates open with their own key cards. We were late due to sitting in the garage for almost 20 minutes."

"I have stayed at this place multiple times with no issues but this time my stay wasn't great. We have always been on the 1st floor and the rooms were decent and clean. This time I was put on the 3rd floor and the room was awful. The couch had stains, the room obviously hasn't been dusted in a while, there was a dead bug in the shower, the shower didn't drain well and the balcony door was taped with black tape and had to be opened using a lot of force. It was so loud, there was little kids running up and down the hallway and knocking on doors after 10. It was just a lot going on. Also, the trash outdoors is always running over and upon us leaving this morning someone decided to leave trash right in the middle of the hotel when you enter through the side doors. Maybe because the trash can was overflowing but that's not an excuse. With that being said I gave it 3 stars based on previous stays and the fact that the bed is comfy and clean and they had hot water. They also have a nice sitting area outside. I never go to breakfast though so I can't rate that. "

"I got a room there for Planet Con because it was really close to the convention. However I did not enjoy my stay because they did not have any handicap parking at the hotel. I had to pay for parking at the end of the block. I had to walk a long distance and that was extremely difficult due to my disability."
