Gentleman who checked us in was very attentive and friendly. Gave us a couple drink vouchers for being a rewards member. Great location with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Place is extremely nice, clean and great staff!! Water for shower isn’t hot enough and the parking is difficult, can pay $40 day for valet or use a parking garage that can add up. It is very convenient to walk to so many things. Easy to get on the street cars to get around.
